Screw Compressor packages are self contained- complete with high efficient compact air end, motor, separator tank, inlet valve, air and oil & after cooler, microprocessor based control panel & related accessories all piped, wired and mounted on a base plate and include Air Dryer. The package is enclosed in a canopy for safety & sound attenuation
The air ends are single stage, force feed, having asymmetrical profile rotors which deliver compressed air at high volumetric efficiency and low specific horsepower; compared to a reciprocating compressor.
Screw compressor packages occupy less space, are easy to maintain; give long trouble free operation & deliver air with very low oil content in the discharge line
